About Me

“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

I like the thought behind the quote. In our life’s journey, it takes courage to pursue and reach our dreams even when nobody is around to support us. It takes faith to stand up and step onto another leap especially if that phase is called “uncertainty”. Same with traveling, it is more exciting to discover unique places your own even though nobody has not ever been there. What’s more fulfilling than being able to unearth things and experience the “newness” of them . Life couldn’t get any better than bringing beautiful stories home with you. And that pieces of delightful experiences you leave in your trail, bring your memoirs anew.

My story.

I got married two years ago. We have no offspring yet, we are still waiting though. But having no child yet has not fazed me. It will never intimidate me at all (even when God won’t allow us to have any) because much as we wanted to have things, there are really those that are out of our control. And it doesn’t makes me less of a person. I have learned to live a happy and contented life. To me, my worth and happiness does not depend on any people (husband/children/ friends/ family), any achievement, any career, any wealth and riches, and things, because I know who I am… my identity is in Christ. I was already complete the moment I accepted Him in my life. HE was and is my being. My husband and I- we take delight in each other, and we are happy with what God has blessed us with. We keep on looking forward to more of God’s graces, thus far.

I am just as I am:

  • A simple person who likes fashion (my way) and accessories.
  • I am a book addict.
  • I get to make a living in doing what I enjoy.
  • I don’t earn much, but I earn enough.
  • I live one day at a time.
  • I am a work-in-progress.
  • I am a Christian and proud =)

Lastly, as far as my sanity is concerned,

  • I laugh intensely!

I hope you join me in my pieces of delight glued together. And as you drop in on my page, let me take you to your discovery of your own delights, glue it together, and let us join in making their places our stories.

Gluing pieces of delight together,

Zill

    My Sistah,

Glad to see you are learning pretty fast. You may treat this as your virtual chronicle of your delightful memoirs. Keep gluing the pieces speck by fleck as you inspire others to discover their own pieces too. I am always thrilled with the thought of traversing our trails together, especially with our Mother dear.

    Keep your trails going,
    Dab ^_^
